Pam was amazing to work with from the start. She was very communicative and knowledge. Being new to the state, she navigated us through unfamiliar territory with care and respect. She was a pleasure to work with and made the process of finding, showing, and placing an offer on a house easy and stress-free. From the first day Pam Schollian set us up with on-line listings. We were looking from out of state. When we came to town she cleared her schedule and spent 4 straight days with us. All the way to the day we left on a plane. We actually found our place on the last day. She wrote the offer and we signed before leaving the state. She worked the negotiations from there. We are so pleased with our new condo. She met our friends for the inspection and did the final walk through for us. She even mailed our keys with a thank you card. I've already been recommending her.

We felt that Century 2l would have the kind of listings we were interested in. We were looking for a Townhouse in Henderson. We liked the area off of Horizon. We had an excellent team working with us on the purchase of our home. First, we were prequalified by Nathan Thompson from B of A before we started looking. Next, we landed in Las Vegas on Monday and began our search with another realtor that my daughter had found on the internet. We were not happy with her or the places she showed us. My daughter had set up the next day with Pam at my request. We found Pam last year when we were passing through to visit our children in California. We liked her right away. We are so glad that we connected with her, as Pam worked very hard in our behalf. She put in very long hours, and always answered our calls and questions. I'm sure we had one of the shortest Escrows---I believe 22 days! She was a real jewel working with us long distance when we returned to California. She helped us, along with the Bank, to get into our new home as soon as possible. We also appreciated the work of the Broker to make sure the contract provided by the Seller was okay. We would definitely refer any of our friends looking to buy in this area to Pam. We really appreciated her gift to us---new locks on our doors. She is a hard worker, and definitely an asset to your Agency.
