He listened and understood our needs, he supported our own research as we came up with the list of homes we wanted to see, he shared his local knowledge and was aggressive enough on our behalf without being pushy that allowed us the opportunity to do our research and narrow down what we saw would work for us. In the end, our number one choice was the home we ultimately purchased and beside his knowledge he provided us qualified support for home inspection, and a great title person. He also has a great sense of humor which always helps with the stress that is normal in a transaction like this. He was a major part of making this complicated transaction work.
