Ron Feir (Fear) brings a unique set of skills to Century 21 Americana combining operational, team building, financial, and technology experiences. Ron has an old-fashioned work ethic and employs high tech services and real estate techniques. With over 20 years in real estate, Ron has numerous real estate credentials, designations and certifications, which enhance his understanding of the market, strategies, and real estate in general. His ability to connect with both clients and colleagues in an honest and caring way has proven to be one of his major strengths.

Prior to real estate, Ron spent many years in the U.S. Army where he ultimately achieved the rank of Captain/Company Commander with the U.S. Army Rangers and several other combat infantry units. Additionally, he had 12 overseas deployments, & was awarded several medals for heroism. Following Ron's military service, he held the role as Plant Manager at the AOL/Time Warner/Warner Music Group compact disc/DVD plant in Commerce, CA.

Ron's well-rounded life experiences honed his expertise in service excellence, hard work, and teamwork. Ron holds these concepts in high regard and practices them daily. Ron is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Engineering.
