Of several minor issues that came up she immediately took action and resolved the problem. With her great assistance we were able to come to the close of escrow a lot sooner than the anticipated date. She made such a great impression with us that we already decided that we are going to give her the listing of our primary residence in the near future to Susan. We truly appreciated her traditional leadership style as she maintained hard copies of all important documents and was able to quickly discover and resolve financial error made by the escrow office the day before the closing that saved us a lot of money!
