I was not willing to officially hire Julie until I saw the difference in her work ethic compared to the realtor that was recommended by a friend. I gave both a period of two weeks to locate potential homes for us to buy and Julie outperformed the other realtor 10 to 1. I was impressed by her focus, attention to detail, her approachability, and follow up. I never considered using another realtor after that and won't in the future either.
