Kattie was very patient with us by working weekends cause we lived out of state. she wasnt pushy or try to talk us into a home we didnt want. it took us 45 days to choose our home the good and satisfactory rating are just categorys that I believe no one could be excellent at. Katie is all that!!!!!!
