I considered flipped homes, spec new homes and homes requiring renovations. He was patient and saw me through the 4 months and multiple offers that were rejected until I found my house.

Buyer reviewThe listing agent for the property we were interested in was fairly useless. Mike was able to step in and keep the purchase on track by pushing for the offer acceptance and lining up all the pieces such as the lawyer, even when the listing agent seemed to be missing in action.
