Seller reviewDiana and I knew each other as acquaintances for years. When I discovered she was a realtor, I immediately thought of and contacted her months later when trying to sell a home in Oakland, NJ, for an estate I was overseeing. Diana was fantastic with her advice and was very patient in dealing with several disrespectful potential buyers. She even went as far as to go to the house herself and clean up a disgusting bathroom mess left by a potential buyer/agent's inspector. She screened people for me and advised me accordingly, always answering my questions and offering sound advice as we went along. The house did take almost 10 months to sell, to no fault of hers, as I was selling "as is" with many obstacles in the way. I had a pleasant experience throughout and I'm happy to say my acquaintance has now become my friend, too! I would hands down use her again for other properties and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Diana Depsee goes above and beyond in ensuring her clients have a positive home buying experience and there is a mutual trust between her and the client. Other positive points-Walking us through the process of home buying, laying it out step by step for us, patience as we looked at many different homes and condos, offering suggestions as we searched, empathy towards first time home buyers, positive and happy demeanor. She was available to us at any point in the day and always responded in a timely manner. Communication was made easy. Home buying with Diana felt like searching for a home with a friend, which is the experience we were looking for. Home buying was made easy with Diana Depsee and Century21, I have already started sharing my experience with friends who are thinking of looking at homes.

Buyer reviewI had another agent from Christie's and she was awful. She kept telling me to increase my budget instead of helping me find something. Diana was the complete opposite, she was nice and understanding of my needs. and was SUPER patient with me. Diana was absolutely fantastic.
