Seller reviewPaul Cannarella did an amazing job selling my property with multiple offers immediately after open house. He was extremely knowledgeable from listing to closing. He came to my home fully prepared with comps, and we had an extensive conversation about my particular market. Paul was easy to reach and always responded in a timely manner and stayed in close contact throughout the entire process. Paul has a very positive and friendly personality, is trustworthy, and went well above and beyond. I will absolutely recommend Paul Cannarella to any friends/relatives I know and would absolutely work with him in the future.

Buyer reviewPaul was very easy to work with, always friendly and joking with us and he made the stressful process easier to deal with. A real gentleman. Paul was exceptionally professional and accommodating. We had issue with the house we initially made an offer on and we had to start over again. He was very patient and quickly provided more listings and made himself available so we could find a house and close before my daughter's first day of school. Even when he was on vacation he checked on us and send us more listings there was also an issue getting the co in time for the closing and he coordinated with everyone involved to have the closing in time. Paul was very friendly with us on every occasion and was wonderful with my daughter who was anxious about moving and staring new high school. Even when things didn't go smoothly with a homeowner being available to let us in or accommodating us, he was always professional and courteous and kept things very friendly and positive.
