Full disclosure: Joe Argenio was know to my (late) father and myself years prior to my father's passing. Joe is a nice,honest and the opposite of the stereotypical 'pushy' sales person. He went over everything I needed to know, stopping at intervals for clarification if I needed, and was diligent about open house appointments. He was kind to work with me to get the best result. (He was also VERY patient with me when I had one episode of anxiety regarding the lock box). His experience, knowledge, as well as his sincere and professional demeanor was why he was the ONLY agent my dad and I decided on prior to my dad's passing. Joe had a bit of a challenge with my dad's property. The 'money rooms', (bath & kitchen), were very outdated. It was a three BR that had been converted (before my parents bought the property in 1974), to a two bedroom. The third BR, made into a dining room, made it too cost prohibitive for me to turn it back into a third BR. There was also one small bath. It's a perfect starter or retirement home, which is why the 'starter home' buyers took it. Joe knows his stuff and is excellent at it. He's a true professional in every aspect!
