We were very pleased that Mary was so knowledgeable about the area. She was quick to respond to our needs and wants. As we were only in the area for 7 days, and that included a holiday, she worked hard to accommodate us. We found "The Perfect Condo" with her help. As mentioned before, Mary dealt with the seller regarding several issues that were of concern to us. In the end all concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. With her help we came to an agreement with the seller on the purchase price. We had a pleasant and enjoyable experience with Mary, in all aspects mentioned above, we will recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.
