Holly was amazing!! This was the first time we had ever sold a home and she took the stress out of the whole process. From the first time we met Holly she was professional, set realistic expectations, and simply a joy to be around. One thing that stood out to me was that when the professional photos were being taken of the house, she was right by our sides, helping move things in and out of the rooms to get the best photos possible.. I know she didn't have to do that, but she wanted to help in any way she could.. even if it meant physical labor... That showed a lot about what kind of person we were working with. Once our house went on the market, we had multiple showings and offers within a week or two. Once we excepted an offer, Holly coordinated everything from there. I just had to be at the right place at the right time, which was such a relief since I was busy coordinating every other aspect of our move. Long story short, Holly was incredible and I can't thank her enough!!

Holly was a great help with regard to contractor connections in that the house was in a nice area and it needed significant upgrades. Her knowledge of contractors that did good work for a reasonable price was extremely helpful. It also need to be noted that the house was upgraded just after Covid which really impacted timing on getting the house in the market. It took one year to get an oven for the house as an example. I was remote and having her or staff being able to let in contractors was very valuable.

Holly went above and beyond in walking us through the purchase process. She was always available when any questions arose. She was beyond helpful in all the ways! Highly highly recommend Holly.

I enjoyed the home buying process, Holly helped with background information and being honest . That's a trait that is much appreciated when major purchases are being made.
