If he didn't have the answer himself, he was quick to find someone that would and relay the information to me. He kept me informed of every step along the way. He also provided tips and advice along the way and was very friendly and a joy to work with.

That property did not work out but he took the initiative to follow up with me and ask if I would be interested in receiving notifications of other properties similar to the one I had inquired about previously. Long story short, me and my wife changed our minds and went different directions many times before closing on a property. Throughout the process Nick was very patient, helpful and always available to us. Couldn't have asked for a better agent and we will refer Nick to anyone who needs help buying or selling.
