Seller reviewRoller coaster! three agents - one a personal friend - 2 years on the market and finally Chris Moore shows up!! He took control with a marketing plan, walked me thru the why and how and voila! The house sold! Great! Great! Great! He did more to sell my house than all the other realtors put together! Chris took a nightmare and turned into a dream. He is delightful and works hard to please both parties. He turned a nervous breakdown into a celebration He was there for every open house, swept floors, and tried to remove all stress from me! Chris knew what he was doing, kept me very well informed, and handled me and the buyer superbly! What can I say----the entire process was great! Thank you, Chris Moore! You are unbelieveable!

Our neighborhood's home sales had fluctuated so much in price we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get the best value per sq ft with the comps, but Chris got us through! His demeanor, his professionalism, and especially knowledge of the real estate market was superior to any of the realtors we had met prior to selling our home. Thank you, Chris Moore! Also note that his assistant, Paul, was equally as knowledgable and kept us updated continually with the same professional demeanor. Definitely will use them again when needed.
