Buyer reviewCindy was extremely helpful and very informative in the process of buying my new home. She was always available when I had questions and I appreciate the advice of hiring a home inspection company to look over my new build to check that everything that was necessary was completed appropriately. Since this is the age of COVID, on closing day the title company initially was only going to allow myself to be present for signing. Cindy though fought for my right to have representation at the closing so that I wouldn't be alone. I absolutely recommend her.

The media she put together portrayed everything in such a warm and inviting way it was impossible not to be intrigued to see it in person. As soon as it was listed potential buyers began ringing her phone. Cindy has a very pleasant personality and I was impressed when she informed me of the numerous showings and ultimately numerous offers that she coordinated. She helped us sell our previous house and close on a new build. Throughout the entire process, she paid very close attention to everything we wanted and mentioned. She even provided design and staging experience for listing our previous house. Throughout the build process, she helped us account for things we never would have thought of (even just the little things). Cindy is an outstanding realtor, and I can't provide enough praise to the level of detail and responsiveness she provided. She is a great choice for buying or selling.
