Buyer reviewToni did an excellent job for me. I originally had been working with a different realtor and he dropped the ball so I called Toni and she came and showed me a house at the drop of a hat. She let me explore the house at my own pace. She answered all the questions that I had. She was ALWAYS available to answer questions. In fact when I submitted my counteroffer it was 10 PM and she let me know at 7 AM the next morning that my offer had been accepted. She was so helpful and understanding that I had a lot of questions as a first time home buyer. 10/10 Would recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewToni St. John's the best! We were coming from out of state, so she previewed properties for us which saved looking at a lot of properties she knew wouldn't fit our needs. Toni grew up here and knows the area well. She was always available by phone or text. This was our 10th home purchase from all over the country, so we've been around the block a few times. Toni St. John made our journey a good one.

She was very confident in her recomeddations of homes for us to view and had a great understanding of market values, closing costs, fair market values and recomendations of improvements we could make to our home to make it more attractive to buyers. She was very instramental in the positive outcome of selling our house in 10 days. She was amazing even after the sale she kept in touched and checked to see how things were going!! IF we were to sell or even buy a new home again Toni would be the person we would go through!
