Seller reviewGary and his wife are very good people, I enjoyed working with them! My husband passed away in 2020 and at the time we had 3 rentals and our home that we lived in. Gary was able to get all of them sold without problems. They took care of everything and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. Would I recommend these two again absolutely.....

Seller reviewWe did not go to Gary Grigsby as the first realtor to sell our property which was a mistake. The first realtor had sold property of family members earlier. We feel he did not work at promoting the sale nor showing the property for the five months he had it listed. When Gary took over the listing, the property and sold and finalized within six weeks. He is knowledgeable of the Attica market and has sold numerous properties in the Attica and surrounding areas.
