Pete has been servicing the needs of clients from all sectors, from large commercial transactions to more personal residential transactions. He began his career with a small firm in Florida specializing in investment properties. From there he went on to lead a commercial team in Fort Myers FL that grew to one of the largest in the state and was recognized as the top. He also earned the Coveted CoStar Award for Commercial Transactions and the Prudential Chairman's Circle award. He then returned to RI to raise his family. Peter has been a director on the Rhode Island board of Realtors, Vice President then President of the Rhode Island Commercial and Appraisal Board of Realtors and has been recognized as realtor of the year. Prior to his career in real estate he was a Petty Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard and Presidential Guard.

And from the moment I met Peter I was impressed with his dedication....it was a Sunday afternoon about 500pm, and in my way of thinking, "that's family time". Touring the house, he was very positive that it wouldn't take long for it to sell. And he was right....it didn't. Just several months. I would highly recommend Peter Spinella to anyone I know who wants to sell their house.
