She works well with the title companies, poa, inspectors etc. She knows the ins and outs of the Village rules which is a definite must whether you are buying or selling a property here. Cheryl was spot on in pricing the property (sold within a month). She did a great job marketing the property and was on top of the handling of the transaction. From the title company to the inspectors and property markers, she kept me informed of appointments, findings as well as closing times. I would highly recommend Cheryl Bourland and Century 21 H.S.V. Realty to anyone who needs a fantastic, knowledgeable and efficient realtor/broker in or out of the Village.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Cheryl. She was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the sale of our home under difficult circumstances. As we reside outside the state; communication was key and Cheryl was efficient in communicating via phone, text and email. Cheryl was able to recommend and help us with many aspects including arranging estate sales; roof repairs and communicating with our local lawyers. She was very knowledgeable on the local market as well. She did all the heavy lifting and made the process as easy as possible for us.
