She has made this process as seamless and stress free as one could have hoped for. She provided great communication between the seller, the agent and I. I'll highly recommend Julie to my friends and family. I just want to thank her for being there for me for as long as she has been. Seller reviewJulie is a gem. This was not a straight-forward sale. She helped to justify that renovations would get a better net outcome, worked w/us to secure that, helped to get an after the fact building permit, navigate the quagmire of the Condo Association - in short worked miracles, all with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. My only disappointment is that I didn't get the chance to wish her a Merry Christmas - so Merry Christmas Julie and thanks for all you did to make this sale happen. If I ever buy property in FL, you will be my only call! Julie, next time I go top visit Deb, I may reach out to see if you'df like a celebratory drink! Have a great New Year! Sean
