Patti did an excellent job at working within these challenges and helping to effectuate a sale. Patti was incredibly responsive and kept in constant communication with us. Her efforts throughout the entire process was greatly appreciated. Her efforts were all the more critical as this unit was not our primary residence and as we reside in New York, having someone who oversaw the entire process in the manner that Patti did was so important. We felt that Patti treated us as a family member and that was truly appreciated as we went through the sale process.
