Buyer reviewNicole Norris is the only reason we were able to purchase our home from Edge Homes. Because of her experience, knowledge and quick actions, she was able to get our Lot Reservation accepted 30 minutes before another buyer made an offer on the same lot at another Edge development. She knew the correct paperwork, where to send the reservation and ensure all of the Edge Home agents knew this Lot was taken. Moving from California we needed help with area selection. Nicole sent us information on several areas to consider along with available homes to purchase. She was always available to answer any questions and assist us with whatever we needed. Seller reviewThis was the first time we have sold a house. Nicole was very helpful explaining how the process works and gave us great ideas on how to stage our home. We sold our house less than 24 hours after listing it and I believe the staging of the house had a lot to do with that.
