I appreciated how communicative, supportive, responsive, and informative Shnaiah was, from start to finish. I always felt like I could reach out to her with ANY question, big or small. And she always responded promptly and took the time to walk me through things if I needed it. I also loved and really valued the counsel and feedback Shnaiah would provide along the way, especially since Im fairly new to buying/selling property. Her wealth of experience coupled with her honest and fun-loving disposition, made her a great fit for me. Thank you, Shnaiah, for helping me sell my condo!

Buyer reviewShnaiah, did an amazing job with communicating and being available when I needed her. Regardless of the time of day or things she had going on, she was very aware of my needs especially simplifying terms I did not know. This process took me almost a full year to finally buy a home because of personal reasons. I shared with Shnaiah my long term goals. She also showed her desire to help me find what I wanted and needed most, without pushing or "persuading" me. All though she is a realtor, every home we walked into, she shared her creative ideas and experiences on how she would improve the quality of the home. Her knowledge in finance and property investments allowed me to feel confident in her ability to help me find the first of MANY properties.

Buyer reviewI would recommend Shnaiah to everyone and anyone. She is educated, well informed and straight up. She knows what she's doing and as long as you are open with her and tell her what you are looking for then she can help you 100%. We went in knowing what we wanted to look for but didn't know certain things that would either be beneficial for us or more of a hassle and she was able to tell us those things! Her communication was literally 110% she made us feel welcoming every time we had a question. Above all though she constantly made it known that it was for US that she was "fighting" for, not herself and not the commission. She had our backs and was going to do what we wanted no matter what. We did have times where it was hair pulling but Shnaiah made the process a lot smoother than it could have been. She's more than amazing, and anyone who has the chance to work with her will know exactly what I mean.

She is very knowledgeable in her field. She works very hard for her clients, not for her self but to make sure we got what we wanted and needed. Shnaiah is very kind in her actions and they way she would explain things was in a way that we could understand. We want to thank her and her company very much for getting our family a place we can call "Home"
