New to area. Family member had worked with an agent no longer with Century 21-Harris & Taylor. When we called office, I then asked to be connected to another agent...and was lucky to get Terry! We wanted to find a home during a month-long summer visit to Grants Pass. Terry not only helped us do that, but also he professionally, but not pushy, guided us in offering above asking price when there were multiple offers in a vigorous market. As we completed paperwork through DocuSign after returning to Texas to sell, pack and move, Terry was efficient and prompt via text and emails with all necessary details and updates. Terry went "above and beyond"! The morning we had an appointment to meet at the property for our first in-person viewing, our car battery was dead. Terry drove to the far southwest side of town where our AirBnB was, gave us a jump start, took us to the property in his own vehicle, and then took us to Mock's Ford dealership! Major move upcoming for us! Joy, to be locating close to adult children and grandchildren, certainly; but naturally some anxiety with major changes at our mature stage of life, downsizing, etc. Having Terry's knowledge, dependability, and relaxed, "no pressure" approach helped with any uncertainty about our big move.
