She is incredibly knowledgeable. Wanda sold my house with her excellent photos and pricing less than 24 hours from the time it was listed. Wanda Carter understood that for me the process was difficult and she guided me, counseled me, and with her calm and knowledgeable way, was a steadying presence that I so needed. Wanda knows her job. She is fantastic at her job. Anyone who has the good fortune to work with Wanda Carter is lucky indeed and I would be thrilled to recommend Wanda to anyone who is selling or buying a home. Buyer reviewWanda Carter was there for me, guiding me all the way. She helped me find the right neighborhood in spite of my limited price range. She patiently looked at approximately 20 homes with me and did so in the afternoons, which worked better for me. Wanda Carter won my trust. She was "excellent" in every aspect. She was professional and yet felt like a friend. I moved from the country to the big city to be near family and I feel like Wanda was "sent" my way. I did not know Wander prior to walking into the real estate office. But she treated me like family. She pointed out the little things in a home to watch out for and did not try to cover anything up just to sell a house...including letting me know about the loud train that went by prior to my arriving at one property. I will always be grateful to Wanda Carter for her professionalism, honesty, knowledge of neighborhoods, and great advice that led me to my new home.
