My family decided to start a search for property in NorthEast Texas. Nancy Townes was the first realtor we talked to, and ended up being the ONLY realtor we needed. She was very helpful, quick with information, and thorough. With her help we were able to search over 5 counties for just the right piece of property and do it easily without wasting time or spending countless hours driving. More than just exposing listings to us, Nancy provided in depth information on each listing and addressed specific issues that were key for us. We never had to go back a second time on our goals and needs and Nancy quickly filtered out properties she knew we wouldn't be interested in.
