Totally focused on me and my needs and goals of the sale. What was best for me. The sales of this property was due to the untimely passing of my only sister. I was born and raised in Sumter but have lived in Georgia for over 40 years. Mrs. Beatson handled all of the necessary duties to prepare the property for sale. She handled all the necessary efforts of contacting the appropriate people and businesses to complete necessary work on the property. This relieved me from having to spend unduly time and effort to find quality contractors to pro form necessary and needed work. This was vital for me to and save me mush time and effort of research, calls and trips back and forth to Sumter from Atlanta. Simply put, Mary Alice Beatson is the best!
