We could not have hoped to deal with anyone of the caliber of Nathan mitchell.What a great guy and a great realator.

We met by chance, but no, there's no such thing. So we met be divine intervention. As I said before, we rented an Airbnb from him and when you do that, it asks why you're traveling. So I said we were looking for an airbnb to purchase so I didn't have to pay his high fees. He said he was an agent so I took a chance. We flew out from Oregon and looked at a bunch of places and decided on a house in Bristol, cut a deal and flew home. As it turns out, the deal fell through. So Nathan offered to video houses we were interested in and he sent us emails of listings as they popped up. We sent him all over the place because it's hard to shop from the real estate listings on line because, you know...they lie. So he sent us a number of videos of places that interested us. It worked well and Nathan gave good commentary on the houses because videos, you know...lie. So we found what seemed like the perfect place and I said, "Nathan, let's buy it." Nathan was relieved because gas prices were getting high and I wasn't paying him anything to run around. Everything was online and we didnt see the house in person until after it closed. We were stoked it was as great as it appeard on line. I know, huh? Nathan is the best agent on the plane (not a typo) and if you say otherwise, I'll lay hands on you.

Nathan truly put our needs ahead of his own. He actually talked us out of several houses before we found just the right one. If we purchase additional homes in the Johnson City area, we will definitely use Nathan again!
