Buyer reviewMy situation was unique in that I was an out of town buyer (living in Michigan, purchasing in Tennessee). The property is intended to be housing for our daughter while at ETSU and will be an investment. Sheila Ryan was my eyes and ears. Throughout the process she considered my goals and my best interests. While she was taking our daughter on viewings, she continually evaluated each home and neighborhood and provided open and honest feedback to us. Most important to us was that Sheila treated our daughter as if she was her own. Sheila educated all of us throughout the process and aided us in decision making, deal structuring and negotiation. The trust that Sheila built with us enabled us to make the purchase remotely without spending thousands of dollars on house hunting trips. Working with Sheila has been an incredible experience and I cannot think of anyone I would change.
