Buyer reviewIf you are looking for a house, do yourself a favor, call Barbara first. You will feel as if you are her only client! She took away all of the stress and worry. She was in communication with us and our lender through the entire process. Everything was done electronically. From the time we made an offer which was considerably less than the asking price, to closing, was 16, yes sixteen days. Two weeks ahead of schedule. This is unheard of. To top that, this occurred during the Christmas holidays. That is a testament to Barbs work ethic and dedication to her clients. I highly recommend Barb. I have bought and sold several houses over the years but this was hands down the smoothest deal ever! Give her a call, RIGHT NOW!!!!!

Buyer reviewI will recommend Barb to ANYONE who needs a realtor. She was easy to work with, she was patient with the mortgage issues that came up due to a poor system at my credit union. My credit union made many mistakes that complicated and slowed the process. Barb helped me get through the process though it was often frustrating for both of us.
