Lisa knew the area and knew our needs since we started talking with her. She was extremely thoughtful and sensitive to our situation since we were "burned out" of our home completely. She was a complete blessing to us! (in more ways than be described) My only concern in this transaction is that we didn't do enough due diligence on the front end to see what other homes in the area were going for. I was uncomfortable at the "rate" everything happened, which was very fast for someone who has only purchased 2 other homes in my lifetime, but God had another plan and it was tough for me to move at the rate that the transaction moved - wished I could have had more time to divest information as it was being presented in a bit of a whirlwind situation for me personally.
