It was our first time buying a home, and it took us a long time to figure out exactly what we were looking for/what we wanted. She was definitely patient with us during this process. Janyse was incredibly professional, friendly, and kind. She was honest about pros and cons of different properties we looked at. We knew that she wanted us to be in a home that we genuinely good for us and could trust her. Januse always answered questions as quickly as possible and was very flexible in scheduling showings. When we finally found our home, she very clearly communicated the entire process of making an offer and all that it entailed. She took great care of us through all of it and celebrated with us when we got the house. I'm incredibly grateful for her kindness, patience, and the care she put into finding us our home.
