Jim is a consummate professional and a great guy! He sold us our current home as well. Easy to talk to and knowledgeable, Jim always put me at ease when my anxiety was kicking in. He guided us every step of the way, from pricing to marketing to sale of our previous house. We are very happy with the speedy results (which he promised and delivered!) and would highly recommend him.

I got lucky to stumble across Jim when purchasing my first property. When it came to looking for a second, I wouldn't have turned to anyone else. I see Jim out in the community occasionally, he always greets me by name and asks how my family is. Jim is a class act. I recommend Jim to anyone and everyone that needs a realtor. He is a Godsend!!

I linked up with Jim via an ad. I was pleasantly surprised by his timeliness. I wasn't expecting much out of the Agent/ Buyer relationship, but Jim went above and beyond the call of duty! He was so good that my brother purchase a house as well and we used Jim. Ironically my brother closed before me, but Jim was influential in me purchasing my 1st home. I couldn't have done it without him! He stood up to a bully seller and fought for me even when I didn't know it. He is truly they best realtor I have ever met and am grateful to have worked with him and will be calling him on my next purchase!
