Racine was very thorough in every communication and always made sure to follow up and answer any questions I had about documents and signing. Mrs. Racine Howard had considerable experience in real estate and was recommended by other satisfied customers. After my initial contact via the website, she provided information regarding the services that Century 21 HomeStar could provide. Mrs. Howard was flexible in meeting the demands of my hectic schedule. She constantly offered suggestions on available homes that met my criteria. All questions that I had were quickly answered and she was available and responsive to my needs. What I really liked was that she maintained contact (often daily) to keep me informed of new homes on the market. She explained what I could expect during the different stages of buying a home until the final closing and taking possession of the home. I have purchased several properties in the past, Mrs. Howard is the best realtor that I have ever encountered. Mrs. Howard was very professional in her approach and supported my family well during what can be a stressful experience. I am highly satisfied with the level of service.
