He really impressed us by his rich experiences, strong logical thinking, great communication skills and caring personality. We truly appreciate that he worked as if he was buying a house for his own. We are glad that we bought a nice home with his help, especially on this very challenging market for buyers. He speaks fluent Korean, which is a plus for Korean buyers. If you don't speak Korean, no problem, he is the top agent to work with too. I emphasized this because I don't speak Korean and I worried a bit about the communication when checking out his website where the majority of the reviews are from Korean customers. But it turns out his English communication and negotiation skill is super. He definitely has my strongest recommendation!

Buyer reviewFirst of all, he is capable of speaking both English and Korean. That's more comfortable for me and my wife to conversate. He provided with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Joe would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. So, we could trust him to find a right house for us. He double checked the closing costs in detail and corrected it for us. Thank you very much Sean Mo.
