Seller reviewMy brother and his wife, who are co-sellers, have known Liz Price for a number of years. We wanted someone who we knew personally, and had an outstanding reputation among Enid, Oklahoma, realtors. After the first professional meeting with Ms. Price, we felt secure about having her represent our interest in selling our mother's property. Ms. Price was all of the above (positive statements about her general ability to communicate, instill trust, maintain a friendly atmosphere, advise us in matters with which we were unfamiliar, and advocate for us in matters in which there was any question or slight dispute.) I really enjoyed doing business with her. Secretaries were always polite and accommodating when we were in the office. Ms. Price kept us advised concerning this sale. She met with us whenever protocol required it. We had to lower our initial price several times, but that reflected what was going on in the real estate business in Enid. We were also aware that the home needed some repairs, for which we assumed the repair cost when needed.
