I had no hesitancy nor did I second guess working with Todd. He allowed us to make our own decisions and balanced how and when to give his opinion. At the heart of it, he never pressured us to make a decision (one way or the other) and I truly believe he had our best interest at heart when looking for our exact house. He helped us find the house that best fit our needs, current and future season of life. The added perk about working with Todd and Century 21 is that we were sent info (on our house), toured it, and put an offer in before the house even hit the open market. If it weren't for that, we would've missed out on our house.
