Seller reviewI don't live in Santa Maria area. I left sales and negotiating up to April. Two offers came in. She suggested I counter both offers. I declined the counter and took the offer with shortest escrow time. The deal was closed early. I am totally satisfied with all of April's work from listing to closing. I was impressed with her after my initial discussion with her. I chose her and my choice proved to be spot on. Since I do not live in area I needed someone who could and would market the property with minimal input from me. April did the work and kept me informed. I could not be happier. She said she would sell the property. She sold it. Everything, from the listing agreement to the sales contract and escrow was handled by April. If you are seeking a real estate agent who is honest, does what she says she will do, and will work hard for you, then you should contact April. You can't go wrong using her for all your real estate needs.
