I have been a Central Coast resident most of my life and the Blankenburg family has been in San Luis Obispo County for more than 60 years and we have been giving service to our clients and customers: first through the former Five Cities Times-Press-Recorder and now through the Blankenburg Properties team of C21Hometown. My husband, Gene Garcia, and I comprise the Blankenburg Properties team. We are also involved in community organizations such as Special Olympics, 5Cities Homeless Coalition, South County Chambers of Commerce, Arroyo Grande Public Art committee and The Pismo Coast Association of Realtors. I served as 2016 president, was named the 2014 Realtor of the Year, am currently on the Government Affairs Committee.
