He took the time to show us homes and explained the Santa Maria housing market when we were just thinking about moving. Months later and after we sold our home we contacted Fred again and he was right there to help find a home and go through the purchasing process. We lived in another town so Fred did all the leg work for us. Fred Pluard is very down to earth individual and easy to talk to. He responded to our request in a friendly and timely fashion.
