Buyer reviewLisa not only walked us through the purchase of are new home explaining all aspects clearly. Lisa also explained aspects of the sale of are previous home which was listed by a different agent, who was difficult to work with. I wish I knew Lisa when I put that home on the market.

Buyer reviewWe live hours away from Atascadero but were looking to buy in the area. We contacted Lisa Spencer over the phone based on reviews read online. After one phone call and having never met, she provided more service than we ever could have expected. She did video walk-throughs of at least three houses for us, provided houses based on our requirements, and did everything to help us find our house before we ever met. We are thrilled with the service Lisa Spencer provided and wouldn't hesitate to use her in the future or recommend her to friends.

I then spoke with Lisa on the phone and she explained how she marketed property and her thoughts on how she would approach this listing, etc.. I felt she truly listened and incorporated my suggestions, when appropriate. From the very beginning, I felt I connected with Lisa. She totally understood my needs and did everything in her power to meet those needs. She has a great sense of humor, which I feel is important, always kept me informed on what was happening, and was always readily available...exactly what you'd expect with a competent agent.
