I have had many opportunities to serve the community through coaching basketball and softball, serving as an Alderman and Park Commissioner and doing volunteer work for the Lion's Club and American Legion. With a lifetime of service to the community of Murphysboro, I am deeply committed to helping you find the perfect home and develop an appreciation of the area.

Austin and Kathy answered every call, handled every hurdle perfectly, and calmed nerves at every turn! This team was truly the greatest! We feel we have gained friends after this process. Austin and Kathy made this process much less scary than we thought it would be. They were always available for our every question and concern. Kathy Riggio is the agent who handled most of our buying process. It was immediately obvious she was an expert and a perfect fit to walk us through this process. And, she did exactly that from start to finish. These two are invaluable, in our opinion. My husband and I have already told family and friends how helpful and calming Austin and Kathy were for us. Seller reviewAustin Riggio is an excellent realtor. He's from Murphysboro and is well known for taking care of his customers. When we met with him we told him the urgency we had with selling our house. He gave us tips, took time to help us stage the house and was a great person-along with his wife Kathy. We sold our house in less than a week. Austin knows people well and can show the prospective buyers what they will like. Austin saved us by selling so quickly. He's our go to guy!
