Buyer reviewSyranda Wipf was hands down the best choice we could have made when purchasing our new home! She was always available when needed from the initial walk through of the house to closing day. Syranda was willing to travel all the way to Mobridge to help us find a home! She truly is a great person inside and out! We would HIGHLY recommend anyone selling or buying to have her on their side!!

She was very informative when things would arise and would always be sure to communicate everything very well. If we had a question or concern about anything regarding the house she would answer it as soon as she was able to. We have already asked her to help us in finding our next home near the Selby/Mobridge Area and are looking forward to that experience! We will definitely recommend her to our family and friends if they were to ever need a realtor to sell their home.

She was definitely not a "sit back and wait for a buyer" kind of listing agent. She put the effort in (even hosted two open houses) to help get the house sold and it paid off. Highly recommend!
