Buyer reviewDalton was an EXCELLENT realtor in every aspect. He totally understood what we wanted and got it for us! We felt like he was totally on our side and got us exactly what we needed, even though the seller's agent was difficult to deal with. He totally went to bat for us and advised us on the best course of action. He was totally accessible any time we needed him. And he is so friendly and an all around great guy! We will definitely recommend him to anyone we know that is buying/selling in the area, and use him when we need to sell our house and buy a new one! 100/10 in all aspects!

We have found in the past that agents typically brush aside our concerns as potential buyers of a home. Dalton was understanding when we would point out possible issues with a property or the terms of a contract. He worked diligently and patiently during our search and during a very difficult negotiation process. We were very fortunate to have had an agent like Dalton who fully acted in good faith on our behalf.

Buyer reviewDuring the time of our house hunting, my husband was on deployment. This caused for communication issues and sometimes major adjustments to our time line. Dalton Adams was extremely understanding and patient with us throughout our entire housing buying process. I definitely appreciate him for helping us find our perfect home while my husband was overseas. I would 1000% percent recommend working with Dalton.
