Buyer reviewMary Ann was terrific! The house of original interest was sold. We contacted Mary Ann again and she led us to the house we purchased. She was able to arrange for us to view the house while it was being rented as this fit our time frame. We live out of state. After all closing, she was/is still available should we need help.

Seller reviewAs real-estate investors, we require an agent that has "a very particular set of skills." In the past, we've utilized Mary Ann's skill set a number of times during the negotiation and purchase of rental properties. Not only was she a consummate professional but she was an excellent partner in smoothing some of the rough patches of our more unconventional purchases. More recently we've decided to sell some of our less profitable properties and this is where Mary Ann is obviously in her element, really showing her value. When you give an agent five properties to sell and she does such a excellent job that you decide to have her sell more, what higher praise can I offer.
