Seller review"Christol Delany is the best! She truly cares for her clients and looks out for their best interest, even when it would cost her sale. We have had Christol as our RE agent for years, and have been fully satisfied with her. She goes 'above and beyond' the call of duty to provide excellent service. I have been investing in rentals and homes for the past 19 years. In working with Christol and Century 21 over the past several years, I have had to deal with other RE agents...some of whom were very good - others were simply incompetent. Knowing the number of RE agents that I do, I choose to work exclusively with Christol. Did I mention that "she is simply the best"!"

She didn't know what she was doing, made terrible recommendations, and I fight with her every step of the way to get basic things done. Christol made things so much easier. Working with Christol was a night and day difference. Christol knew exactly what I wanted and how to accomplish it, she gave outstanding advice, and I never doubted for a second that I was in good hands. If I have any Real Estate Questions, she will be the first person I ask. It was a pleasure working with her, and will definitely be working with her in the future.
