Buyer reviewThe seller's realtor was ... unprofessional. He literally had temper tantrums, acted unprofessionally and in general made the process much more difficult than it needed to be. Negotiations were hampered by his intractability. Lorraine Vsetecka is off the charts with being patient and professional. She helped me identify the criteria most important to me, which entailed numerous unsuccessful offers and winnowing out those properties that would not work for me. Because of the market, and my inexperience identifying what I wanted, it took 8 months to find the home which I bought. Throughout the process Lorraine remained upbeat and confident. Her sense of humor made a difficult task more fun. Lorraine's ability to see work which could (or could not) be done and her tips for cleaning, repairing, and finding assistance helped immeasurably. She addressed my concerns with respect and sought answers and solutions to those concerns. I appreciate her knowledge, expertise and the amount of work she put into helping me find my home. She is an excellent realtor!

Seller reviewLorraine did everything she could to follow through with this situation that she possibly could. I felt she had both my interest as the seller as well as the buyers interest, who was also her client. This situation had it challenges and she handled it all very professionally. Lorraine knows what she is doing and does it well. I do appreciate all that she did and I feel blessed to be living in a home that I feel was meant for me. Seller reviewThis was our first time in 43 years buying or selling real estate, Lorraine Vsetecka made a stressful and scary experience for us, much more relaxed and made us feel much more confidence than we would have had without her! The buyer made an offer on the home we were selling the first day the home was on the market, and we accepted it. Lorraine represented them too and did an excellent job at making sure all parties understood the steps, their options and responsibilities while maintaining the ethics required in handling both sides. The buyers choose Lorraine after their initial meeting with them. They were first time buyers and she went out of her way to educate them on the general process. We were so impressed and comfortable with Lorraine when buying our new residence that we wanted her to handle the sale of the home we owned, even though prior to doing business with her we did have a different Real Estate Co. picked out that had handled the sale of a friend's home. We are very glad we choose Lorraine Vsetecka! Her home office was very friendly and helpful when needed as well,
