He truly worked at understanding what my criteria for a new (out of state), house and property was. Mark also communicated regularly and encouraged me to contact him anytime I had a question. He backed that up by being accessible via text email or voice. On rare occasions when Mark would not be accessible, he told me in advance and gave me an alternate person to contact. Mark was on top of things and went the extra mile (and sometimes two). Although I have bought and sold a couple homes in the past, this is the first home I have purchased (or sold) through a realtor. Mark did more than I expected. I feel that he was truly working for me and watching out for my interests. I would absolutely work with Mark again or have him over for a meal as a friend.
