Contract was signed July 15 and house closed on August 24. Chris advised us on what we needed to do at the house to help our sale and what we did not need to do. She explained all aspects of the contracts and was excellent on advising us regarding the sale price, etc. She had a very optimistic point of view that keep our hopes up for a sale. We would use her again if needed and recommend her to anyone that needed a realtor. Chris is very outgoing and friendly. We had observed how professional, smart and sincere she is after working with her as a voting poll worker. We had reservations about using a realtor instead of selling by ourselves. We talked with Chris some on voting day about realtors and the benefits. of using one. She was willing on her own time to come to our house and advise us. She was not overbearing or pushy with us regarding whatever decision we made. We really appreciated her professionalism and her knowledge. We were extremely pleased with our "Chris" experience.
