I've lived in Fayette County all my life and make my home in Hico with my husband, Keith and our sassy cat, Sir Walter. Seller reviewI could ask for a better agent to assist me in selling property owned by my mom who pasted. Since I lived out of state Carol walked me through every step in the process to list the property and sale. She was outstanding.

Carol Ewing shows true concern for all sides of the sale and does a great job with all the details. Carol is a wonderful person, knowledgeable, forthright and honest. She was very attentive to my needs and communication was easy. I will personally use her again in the future. I found Carol very likable. She made me feel comfortable during this sale and even though it was not a big commission, she still worked hard for me with a difficult seller and difficult title issues. She strikes me as the kind of person that takes pride in doing a good job. I love that trait.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I decided that we wanted to buy our first and last home, we were put in contact with a different realtor, and was not happy with the service, My daughter and her boyfriend recommended that we contact Carol, and we have been extremely thankful that they did. From first contact, through closing, Carol was a "God Send"!!! She helped walk us through the dreaded process of purchasing a home using a VA backed loan, and she never waivered at any point. Always staying positive through the seemingly countless home tours, etc. Always saying things like "We are going to find the right place", until we finally did! She is a professional, with a personal side. We cannot say Thank You enough for working so hard for us! My final word will have to be this...
